Refund / Return Policy

Policy

If Deep Rooted Health owes you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue a refund after our Payment Analyst has verified it. Provided there are no other balances owed to Deep Rooted Health, or any of its physicians, we will credit your credit card or send you a check, depending on how you made your initial payment.

A refund will be sent for any merchandise that is returned within 14 days of its delivery. Shipping will not be reimbursed. It must be in its original packaging and unused and unworn condition. If the item is defective, please contact us for an exchange or refund of product. Email with any return concerns: admin@deeprootedhealth.org

Shipping 

Item will be shipped with 2-3 days from when order is placed. Shipping is calculated based on zip code. Items should be received with in 7 days of shipping unless item is customized and stated otherwise.
