Service Description
This is a personalized program that uses Functional Medicine techniques to assess and manage your dis-ease . Through the use of lab evaluations , 1:1 sessions, we will evaluate imbalances you may be having which are impacting you long term health issues, such as depression, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and weight gain. I will guide you towards optimization of your health. This is a 3 month program.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
