Service Description

During this visit you will have a 1:1 session with Dr. Monica and in depth interview to discuss your medical history and determine which test would appropriate. You will receive a copy of the lab work completed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
